1. How long does delivery take?

United States Shipping time estimate: 1–3 business days. United Express Shipping time estimate: 2–3 business days. Other country: 10-15 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.) If you have any inquiries about the progress of your order, please get in touch with us. Alternatively, feel free to check the status on the FedEx or UPS Website if you already have a tracking number. Our observes the following U.S. holiday calendar. Orders placed on these days will usually ship the next business day. 2. Can I change the items I ordered?

Once an order has been placed, neither the requested order nor the selected quantity can be changed. In this situation, we suggest contacting us to reverse the incorrect order. Then, we suggest that you place a fresh order for your favorite item on our website as soon as possible.

3. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

5. I have received the wrong/broken product – what do I do?

6. Where are your products shipped From?

All orders to the United States are shipped from a United States warehouse. All orders to Europe are shipped from the Europe warehouse.

7. Do you deliver to my area?
