No, it doesn't support. FM radio and CarPlay/Android auto belong to different modes, they can not be able to run at the same time.
(1) But you can try to download a radio app on your phone, then you can listen to the radio app and use the navigation at the same time while using the CarPlay/Android auto function.
(2) or here is another feacture you can use: Connect CarPlay/Android auto and start to navigate, then go back to radio/USB/card mode, the maps sound can cut in radio mode.

Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your phone, and search new device on your phone, then you will see the "CAR KIT" , click it and input "0000" if needed. After connected scucessfully, you can make hands-free calling and listen to Bluetooth music.

It does not support mirroring Netflix or Disney. It supports mirroring Youtube. It is the copyright problem of some prime video apps don't allow output their videos to other devices.

Note: It needs the Bluetooth to transfer the audio when you use android phone's mirrorlink. Please connect car stereo's Bluetooth first!
1. Try another usb cable. (Original usb cable or good quality usb cable needed, it needs the usb cord to transfer data, so the quality is very important)
2. If it is mirrorlink for an Android phone, please check whether you have downloaded the mobile app that supports this function before using the mirroring function.
3. Restart your phone and replug the usb cable.
4. Reset the unit with the reset hole.
Car Stereo Installation Problems
A:
The working voltage of this car stereo is 12V, it can't be used for big trucks with 24V. Max power output: 60Wx4.
A:
(1) Connect the red wires of the reversing camera to the power supply of the car's reversing lights positive, black wires of the reversing camera to the power supply of the car's reversing lights negative. (red is positive, black is negative)
(2) Then plug the video interface (yellow) of the reversing camera into the "R-CAM" port on the back of the car stereo, there is a small red wire next to the video interface connected to the "BACK CAR CONTROL" (pink) of the stereo harness.
If you are still unable to resolve the installation issue of the reversing camera, please take photos or videos of the problem and consult a professional or email us for feedback on the issue, so we can assist in resolving it.

Please use an RCA audio cable to connect the RR and RL ports of the stereo, and the other end to the audio input of the subwoofer. You will also need to connect the blue switch wire from the car stereo to the subwoofer.

(1) Connect both the Red and the Yellow wire to the positive pole (+12V) of your car battery, and the Black wire to the negative pole.
(2) Press the " Power " button to turn on the car stereo and check if the car stereo can work normally.
* If it can’t power on normally, please confirm whether to test the unit strictly according to the above steps.

Troubleshooting
A:
1. For safe transport, the remote control doesn't comes with battery. Please buy CR2025 Battery and install properly.
2. If you have installed CR2025 battery, please check if installed upside down or if out of power with your battery.
3. don't test the remote control in phonelink mode, because some buttons don't work in this mode, you can test it by pressing the volume up and volum down in radio mode.
4. Test the remote control near the "IR receiver hole " at the top of the unit.

- Some cars' ACC wires controled by canbus or have a feature called " delayed shut off " for radio and other components. These cars may not be able to output stable 12V accessory power to our radio.
- You need to buy the right harness adpater which " Provides accessory power " for your car model. Also, if you don't want to purchase the adapter, you can locate acc power elsewhere in your vehicle, then connect our red wire there.
- Of course, you can follow the above steps to verify the unit with your car battery first.

- You will need to check the yellow wire. Be sure that the yellow is receiving 12VDC when the vehicle is OFF. If it is losing voltage, then the head unit will lose memory.
- The Clock, Audio Settings, and Radio Presets will all be lost. To correct this problem, you will need to relocate the yellow wire to a constant 12VDC source.
- The ACC line(Red wire) and the B+ line(Yellow wire) are reversed during installation.
A:
1. Check whether the radio antenna is inserted or properly connected.
2. Antenna may not be the proper length. Make sure the antenna is fully extended.
3. Antenna may be poorly grounded. Check and make sure the antenna is properly grounded.
4. If your Antenna needs to be powered on ? if yes, the blue wire of our harness is both for powering on Antenna and amplifier. Connect your Antenna power wire to our blue wire.
5. If you set the right area in the "set up" of the unit ? If you bought in the USA, it is set right by default. You can check again.
6. Make sure have kept the "LOC" off. (OFF by default, you can check it again to see if turned on Accidentally)
7. Please search stations manually step by step to see if can get stations and drive to open and unobstructed area to see if the signal at your place is too weak.

Please consider the following points:
1.If you have an amp or your car has built-amp ?
If yes, please check your after market harness instruction to see if there is A wire that for AMP control. Then connect our blue wire to it for powering on your amp.
2. If your original stereo comes with BOSE , JBL Audio System ?
If yes, you may need an audio decoder adapter, you can search “stereo harness with BOSE or JBL system for your car model”.
Anyway, You can aslo use an external speaker to verify the unit if you have one. Here are the instruction for testing:
Disconnect our speaker wires from your after market harness, then connect one set speaker wire( such as, green , green/black ) to your External speaker to see if it has sound.

Note: If you don't want to enter Carplay/android auto mode automatically, please enter the Phonelink interface first, select "Auto Connect" to "OFF".
(1) Clear all the devices paried before on your phone, turn off bluetooth on your phone, wait for 1 minute, then turn on again--search new device. Our device name is " CAR KIT".
(2) Please try to reset the unit with the reset hole that print "RST". Then connect bluetooth again. (Long press it for 5 seconds, when the unit restarts that means reset scucessfully.)
(3) Restart your phone and connect bluetooth again.
